Active Aging provides a full body workout using chair based exercises. the aim is to build strength to improve daily life.
Strength & Balance
Every Wednesday 10:30am & 11:30am
Strength and Balance is a full body workout class using weights such as dumbbells and kettlebells. The class aims to improve balance and muscular strength through chair based exercises
Chair Yoga
Every Thursday 10:30am
Chair based yoga class to improve balance and mobility through slow movements. The class ends with relaxation.
Age-Well
Every Thursday 4-4:45pm
Age-Well is our most advanced class, it involves a full body workout in 45 minutes meaning less rest time between exercises. Heavier weights are used and some exercises are floor based.
